Corporate Info: Michael C. Akerlow, Vice President

Mr. Akerlow directs project financial matters including development and construction financing, construction draws, bank relations, bank loan documentation, title company work, contractor payments, lien releases and waivers, financial statements and reports. He also works with city and community leaders in completing entitlement work and project approvals.
He directs the on-site activities of the company's contractors and sets schedule for work completion.

Prior to joining the Company he was a Financial Services Representative with Zions Bank, an Account Manager with Merrell Remington and Associates advertising agency, Project Manager with Palladian Homes, Inc. and an intern to the Vice President of the Guggenheim Realty Fund Management in New York City. He holds a Utah Real Estate Certificate from the Stringham Real Estate School and is a licensed real estate salesperson with Proterra Realty, Inc. He is a Phi Kappa Phi graduate with a BA in English from the University of Utah and holds a Masters of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
