Corporate Info: Gerard P. Tully, Executive Vice President

Mr. Tully is a licensed landscape architect in the State of Utah. He brings to Company projects broad experience in master plan communities, traditional neighborhood design, golf course design, land planning, as well as resort and hotel development. Mr. Tully has also been involved in the design and construction of numerous apartment building projects, new towns, ski resorts, elderly housing centers, health and medical centers, water reclamation facilities and waste treatment plants. He has served the US Government in the collection of data, mapping and analysis of industrial and environmental factors relating to offshore leasing of mineral tracts.

Mr. Tully is an integral part of the Company's property development team. At present he directs all land planning and entitlement work and works closely with the consulting engineers and architects to coordinate planning and engineering efforts. Mr. Tully holds a Bachelor of Landscape Degree in Architecture from Utah State University and an Associate Bachelor's Degree in Forest Technologies and Environmental Sciences from New York University and Syracuse University in New York.
