Current Projects

Proterra is currently engaged in four major development projects. Each project is unique and features all the characteristics of a Proterra development.

Projects are evaluated by their impact on the local community, environmental impact, and ecconomic feasability. Each Proterra project is completed with the same quality and efficiency as the last.

All in all we seek to develop properties that will enhance community benefits, drive ecconomic prosperity, and provide a satisfactory return to Proterra investment partners.

We work closely with local civic leaders, civil and structural engineers, and community groups such as neighborhood watch and local organizations concerned about urban development and sprawl.

Our planning team includes experts in urban planning and development, engineers and city governments and each new project is carefully scrutinized before Proterra breaks ground.
