Dearbourne Heights is a 91 unit, townhome project similar to the upscale townhouses at Stanford Court in downtown Salt Lake. The project is situated on 12 acres located in Draper, Utah. The townhouses have sweeping views of the Salt Lake Valley located in the prestigious South Pointe area of Draper.
Unit ammenities include large open floor plans, 9' high ceilings, hardwood floors, backyard patios and either a 2-car garage or a full basement.
Construction will begin the beginning of Fall 2003 with expected move-in around February 2004.
