The plan proposed consists of 18 cottage homes, 24 townhouses and 14 live/work spaces. The project is located at the stop of the future commuter rail. A park and other open space are under construction. The project has been designed as a small neighborhood community, which mixes housing types with office and retail in a successful village atmosphere.
